Tags are different than Buzz Topics

Part of this article has become obsolete. It appears that buzz on Stumbleupon has mostly gone away.
The buzz topics from the last hint used to be a different animal from the tags that we all can add (up to five) to our reviews.
Note, for example that the tag for business http://www.stumbleupon.com/tag/business/ is completely different from the buzz page for business http://buzz.stumbleupon.com/business/
