We believe that ethics go beyond the simple requirements of law, to respect for the intention, not just the letter of our agreements and relationships. AZhttp affiliates, associates, contractors, employees, officers, partners and vendors will be held accountable and may, at the discretion of the executive staff, lose collaborative privileges and/or employment for violation of this code. We pledge in writing to abide by the Corporation’s Code of Ethics:

• We will serve our clients and each other with respect and integrity.
• We will interact with our clients and each other in a spirit of inclusion and collaboration.
• We will provide impartial, independent information to our clients.
• We will keep information confidential and will use proprietary information only with the permission of the owner of the information.
• We will not take advantage of confidential or proprietary information to benefit ourselves or our corporation.
• We will not allow conflicts of interest, which provide a competitive advantage to one client over another.
• We will not openly share information and decisions in advance to those inside or outside the organization, when this information or decision will have an impact upon the situation, performance or pride of the affected individual.
• We will respect the intellectual property rights of our clients, ourselves and other organizations and individuals and guard them zealously.
• We will not advertise ourselves, our services or products in a deceptive manner, and will not misrepresent or allow the misrepresentation of the services or products by our affliates, associates, contractors, employees, officers, partners and vendors.

Violations of this Code of Ethics will be brought to the attention of the executive staff, investigated and immediately rectified.
