Believing that giving back contributes to its success, the corporation offers its financial support and the primary staff commits a great number of volunteer hours each month to local non-profit organizations whose missions are dedicated to serving the community at large or who are dedicated to the arts, education, math, science and technology-related programs.

- Arizona Foreclosure Prevention Task Force
The Arizona Foreclosure Prevention Task Force was established to reduce residential foreclosures in Arizona and the impact of foreclosure on families and communities. - Community Information & Referral
Community Information & Referral is the key source of integrated information that brings people and services together every day with ease, compassion, and quality to meet vital needs in central and northern Arizona. Their vision is for all people to have easy access to information about the full range of health, human, and emergency services provided in Arizona communities. - Maricopa County Fair
The Maricopa County Fair’s mission is to provide leadership, to inspire agricultural education, and to create venues for cultural opportunities for families and youth in Maricopa County to unite as one community. The Maricopa County Fair is a showcase of exhibits, entertainment and education for the whole family. - Scottsdale Job Network
Scottsdale Job Network is a tax exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing job transition training, personal connections, access to resources and moral support for job seekers through a Valley-wide network of passionate volunteers. - Starshine Academy
Starshine Academy creates transformational community schools by igniting and enabling the aspirations of children in at-risk communities and is dedicated to helping every child find their talent and grow into a peaceful, productive, and successful person.
